Hydrated skin allows for easier, more comfortable hair removal. ✔️ Allow your hair to grow to at least the length of a grain of rice for best results. ✔️ Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid irritation after your service. ✔️ Relax! First-time nerves are completely normal, and we’ll guide you through everything. ⸻ 🚫 Please Avoid 48 Hours Before Your Appointment ❌ Shaving between appointments ❌ Sunburns, tanning, or excessive heat exposure ❌ Retinol, harsh exfoliants, or active skincare products on the treatment area ❌ Excessive caffeine or alcohol right before your appointment, as this may increase sensitivity ❌ Tight clothing that may cause rubbing or irritation after your service Please note: Certain skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, open wounds, or active irritation may prevent us from safely performing your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PAYMENTS A non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. All deposits go towards your service. All forms of payment accepted. LATE POLICY A 5 minute grace period is allowed. 10 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. More than 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled. NO CALL/NO SHOW 100% of your service will be charged to the card on file. Failed payment will be banned from booking. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING Cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done at least 48 hours before your appointment. You may reschedule 1 time with the same deposit. Same day cancellation or rescheduling will result in a charge of 50% of your service. A new appointment will require a new deposit.
